At Kapcart, we strive to ensure that every product you receive is of the highest quality. However, if you receive a damaged product, we're here to help.
1. Damaged Products
We accept returns only in the case of a damaged product being delivered. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately at contact@kapcart.com with details of the damage and photographic evidence. We will assess the damage and provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.
2. Weight Limit for Returns
Returns are accepted for products weighing under 5kg. If the product weighs more than 5kg, returns will be accepted only if we cannot replace the damaged parts.
3. Product Categories Eligible for Returns
Returns are not applicable for products that require assembly or installation after delivery :
- Single station gyms
- Multi station gyms
- See-saws
- Slides
- Garden play toys (e.g., swings, playhouses, sandboxes)
4. Inspection and Resolution
If the product is damaged in transit, we will inspect the damage and provide you with a resolution. This may include replacement parts or a replacement product, depending on the extent of the damage.
5. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return for a damaged product, please contact us at contact@kapcart.com within 3 of receiving the product. Please include your order number, details of the damage, and photographic evidence in your email.
6. Return Shipping
If a return is authorized, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. Return shipping costs may apply, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that we receive the returned item.
7. Refunds
Once we receive the returned product and verify the damage, we will process a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5 business days for the refund to be processed.
