  •   The Sleeve frame is of 100 OD and of M.S. Seamless Pipe with thickness   

        5mm. This  sleeve can be disassembled from main frame.

•   The main frame of 80NB made from “c” Class G.I. pipe.

•    The bottom support frame of M.S. 40mm x75mmx3mm thick C Channel.

•   The seating movement seat 20NB G.I. “c” class pipes used for support frame.

•   The handle frame is of 25NB made from “c” Class G.I. pipe.

  •   Closing Caps are made up of high quality Fiber reinforced Plastic material.

•   Pins used of Diameter   25mm are made up from SAE 8620 bright material.

•    The bearings used are “6205zz” permanent lubricated sealed bearing of reputed brand (SKF/FAG).

•   High tensile steel galvanized nuts & bolts are used for assembly.

•   A24 cerclips are used for assembly.

•    300mm diameter x 10mm thick plate used for rotating seat of seating twister with 50NB “c” class G.I. pipe.

•    The footrests are made from casted Aluminum material, having sizes 130mm X 310mm X 5mm thick. With the support of 310mm X 130mm X 3mm thick MS plate.

•    The Equipment has Bolting provision for mounting on concrete slab.

  •    The powder coating done with Pure Polyester powders from Ackzonoble

     or Berger Paints with minimum 60 to 70 micron thickness.  

•    To build structure bushes are used which are made from seamless pipe of

     60mm O.D. And 5mm thickness as well as 60mm diameter solid bar is used
