        thickness and 20mm x 40mm CRC  square pipe of 3mm thickness.

•   Seat & Back rest provided are made up of MS deep draw quantity of 2mm thickness with no joint

•    The footrests are made from casted Aluminum material, having sizes 130mm

     X 310mm X 5mm thick. With the support of 310mm X 130mm X 3mm thick

     MS plate.

•    The frame of footrests made up of 25 NB “C” class G.I. pipe.

•    Closing Caps are made up of high quality Fiber reinforced Plastic material.

•   To build structure bushes are used which are made from M.S. seamless

    pipe of 50mm O.D. and 5mm thickness.

•   The pins used are made up of Ø25 mm SAE 8620 bright material.

•    The bearings used are of “6205zz” permanent lubricated sealed bearing

      of reputed Brand (SKF/FAG).

 • High tensile steel with galvanized nut bolts are used for assembly.

 • The cerclips used for assembly are of A24 mm.

•   The powder coating done with Pure Polyester powder of Ackzonoble or

   Berger with 60 to 70 micron thickness.
