•   The leg movement frame is of 32NB made from “c” Class G.I. pipe.

•   The handle frame is of 25NB made from “c” Class G.I. pipe.

  •   Closing Caps are made up of high quality Fiber reinforced Plastic material.

•   Pins used of Diameter   25mm are made up from SAE 8620 bright material.

  •   Bolt M8X16 mm and Nylock nut of M8 made of  SS 304 used on nylon cap   

        mounted on pins to protect bearings and pins from rain and dust.

•    The bearings used are “6001zz” & “6205zz” & “6007zz” permanent lubricated sealed bearing of reputed brand (SKF/FAG).

•   High tensile steel galvanized nuts & bolts are used for assembly.

•   A24  cerclips are used for assembly.

•    300mm diameter x 10mm thick plate used for rotating seat of seating twister with 50NB “c” class G.I. pipe.

•    The footrests are made from casted Aluminum material, having sizes 130mm X 310mm X 5mm thick. With the support of 250mm X 115mm X 3mm thick MS plate.

•    It has Bolting provision for mounting on concrete slab.

  •    The powder coating done with Pure Polyester powders from Ackzonoble

     or Berger Paints with minimum 60 to 70 micron thickness.
