·         The seats and Back rests are fitted on the outer frames are made up of M.S. Sheet of size 330 mm X 300 mmX2mm thickness and deep drawn and pressed in tools and dies to have uniform radius of 20 mm with no sharp edges.

  •    For foundation 32NB “C” class G.I. pipe used.

  •   Closing Caps are made up of high quality Fiber reinforced Plastic material.

  •   Pins used of Diameter   25mm are made up from SAE 8620 bright material.

•    Pins used of Diameter 13mm are made up from EN8 material with  

       CRCA pipe 20X20mm of thickness 3.00mm for paddle assembly.

•     The bearings used are 6001zz & 6205zz permanent lubricated sealed  bearing of reputed brand (SKF/FAG).

•   High tensile steel with galvanized nuts and bolts are used for assembly.

•   The circlip used for assembly are of A24 type.

  •  The powder coating done with Pure Polyester powders from Ackzonoble

     or Berger Paints with 60 to 70 micron thickness.
